This is a poem explaining the Aryan Civilization through the eye's of someone who lives there.  By: Elijah

I am from the Aryan civilization,

It is a nomadic nation.

Began in 1500 BC,

And ended in a way no one today can see.

Located in India, South & Central,

We were anything but gentle.

Armed with Iron Age technology,

We took India from the Harrapan Society.

Traveled through the Khyber Pass,

As well as trading along the pass.

Wandered through plains and desert dunes,

Trading gems as bright as the moon.

Created two Hindu Epics,

And a Sanskrit language that was quite epic.

Our diet consisted of many things,

Of which were cardamom and pepper, and other things they’d be eating.

Our religion was Hinduism’s foundation,

Which has many gods concerning creation.

The chief gods are Indra, Vishnu, and Agni,

And were included in the epic by Valmiki.

Ended at a time unknown,

For a reason unknown.

The Aryans are from India,

And the legacy created by our ideas.
